Are the products original and under warranty?
Absolutely. All products sold by Alsharaa are 100% original, sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and suppliers, and come with official warranty according to the brand’s policy.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging within two days after receiving the order.
Certain medical and consumable items may not be eligible for return due to safety regulations.
Do you provide installation and technical support?
Yes. For eligible equipment, we provide professional installation, training, and after-sales technical support through our certified service team.
